Enjoy celebrating St. Patrick's Day? Then you're in luck! This month we'll celebrate this holiday with not just one special recipe but TWO! We'll also share our favorite crepe recipes from the web, offer a great tip for gluten-free lasagna, and our monthly recipe for subscribers: Chocolate Raspberry Explosion Crepes! And there's more! This month, we're honored to announce our first-ever recipe contest.

Calling All Crepe Chefs! To celebrate our mutual love of crepes, we would like to invite you to participate in our first-ever recipe contest. Submit an original dessert crepe recipe and not only will your recipe be eligible to appear on our site, but the tastiest and most creative entries will receive a special prize! First place winner will receive the De Buyer Crepe Pan, and the second place winner will receive a copy of The Essential Guide to Crepes. All recipes submitted between March 1 and April 25, 2011 will be eligible. Results will be announced in the May issue of The Crepe Vine. Note: To be eligible for the prize, each entry much include an original picture.
