Hi,

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the time with your family.

Last weekend we started our "Christmas Cookie Production" and by today, they're mysteriously all gone...
Well, it seems to be necessary to start baking next weekend again.

Here's the recipe for my favorite cookies: Cinnamon Stars

What about you? Do you bake? Or buy? What is your favorite recipe? Let me know...I'm always on the lookout for new and yummy recipes.

But back to Crepes, because this is why you signed up for my newsletter: Two delicious crepe recipes, that are just perfect for this time of the year. Why not serve them at your next gathering with friends? I can guarantee, everyone will be delighted.

Recipe of the Month

The featured recipe of the month is a Minicrepe Chocolate with Raspberries.

If you can't get fresh raspberries, you can also use frozen ones, but they won't look as nice.

If you like to experiment and try another more unusual recipe, I might just have the perfect one for you: Crepe Recipe with Pear, Brie and Raspberry Jam

It might sound strange to you at first, but the sweet-sour combination is well known to work from Chinese Recipes. I love this crepe! It's a perfect appetizer for the main dish.
