Hi,

Summer is definitely gone, at least in the Northern Hemisphere. Days are becoming shorter and even though we still have nice and sunny afternoons, the nights and mornings are cold.

During the cold season I love to have something warm for breakfast. This is the perfect way to start my day and prepare myself for the cold outside :-)

In this edition I have collected some of my favorite breakfast crepe recipes for you.

Recipe of the Month

Isn't scrambled egg the epitome of a healthy and filling breakfast? I like mine with red peppers and/or tomatoes.

Wrap it into a crepe and you have your perfect breakfast crepe. You could even store it in a lunch box and take it with you, it also tastes good when cold. Scrambled Egg Recipe for Crepes

Buckwheat Crepe with Blackberry Jam

And here's another scrambled eggs recipe that you can use as filling for your breakfast crepe. Did you know, that the proteins in eggs might actually help you to lose weight?
