Asparagus and Mushroom Crepes - 1st time - Superb!
I had to let you know that I made crepes for the very first time this evening! Your instructions couldn't have been easier or better. I had so much fun! Surprisingly, they turned out quite well - at least we thought so.
I used your basic batter recipe and the asparagus and mushrooms. Yum! Due to time constraints and the fact that I already had everything for the crepes but not the sauce, I elected not to do the sauce this time. However, I found that even a combination of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses just melted over the crepes was terrific. The only mistake I made was being in a hurry to devour them and not taking a photo!
But, now I can't wait to play again. Life doesn't get much better than when you're a foodie - I mean...play, eat, tell somebody about it and then do it all over again!
