La Creperie de Josselin Paris, France

“Where's the best place for crepes in Paris?” Having recently lived as an American in Paris for three years, my visiting friends from the US asked this question frequently. Believe it or not, it is an urban legend that there are creperies on every Paris street corner.
But great ones do exist though somewhat off the beaten path. My favorite is La Crêperie de Josselin. Excellent crepes, brisk service, good prices, fun atmosphere - always crowded and with a line out the door. When you enter you know you are in a special place with the swirl of activity, a lively crowd, and a view of the bustling kitchen. Keep in mind – cash only, no reservations, tight tables, and not much English is spoken. But this is all what makes it a great Parisian experience. It is a favorite of locals too which makes this a must-do in my personal collection of hidden Paris. Go early and you may avoid the crowds – the French get up late!
