What is the best method to heat pre-made crepes?

by Patricia

I plan on making some crepes a day before I need them, storing in the fridge with parchment paper in between but do not want them to become soggy.

From Ashley, World of Crepes:

Great question! I usually wrap the stack of crepes in tin foil and place in a 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes. I don't recommend using the microwave because they can be rubbery!

I have also reheated them by briefly placing them (one at a time) on a preheated crepe pan. Just a few seconds on each side will usually do the trick.
