Banana Crepes with Nutella

Ahh Nutella! This delicious hazel-nut spread is the perfect accompaniment to our banana crepes. This recipe is a classic street crepe in France, but thanks to Nutella's growing availability here in America, you can have them at your own home.

How many desserts do you know that have just 3 ingredients? Microwave the Nutella in microwaveable bowl for 15 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Spread each crepe with ¼ cup of Nutella. Lay banana slices (½ banana each) on top. Roll up each crepe or fold it in half, as they do in France. Optional: Top with whipped cream, toasted hazelnuts, a dusting of cocoa, and a sprig of mint.

Yield: 4 servings (one crepe per serving)

For fun, try this recipe fried!
