Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of light corn syrup
  • 4 tbsp of half-n-half or light cream

Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup and stir together. Bring to a light simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in cream. Serve warm over crepes immediately, or refrigerate for later use.
