Cottage cheese with crepes.

Mix one package cottage cheese. ( The one is packed)

with two table spoon sugar, little lemon grind, raisins a handful and one egg yolk. You also can add fresh fruit, washed and well dried
If the mixture to runny, add a little breadcrumbs or
cookie crumbs.
When the crepes done, fill them with this mixture, (about one tbs.) and rolled them up.Put it beside each other on a nice oval plate, and topped with melted chocolate.
Bonn appetite.
