Fresh salsa recipes are easy to make. Simply dice your ingredients and mix them together in a pretty serving dish!
Ingredients: 1 mango, peeled and diced½ cup of diced red bell pepper½ cup of diced red onion1 tbsp of minced jalapeno pepperJuice of one lime¼ tsp of salt¼ tsp of freshly ground pepper1 tbsp of minced fresh cilantro How to Make Salsa: Mix first four ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour over mango-onion-pepper mixture and toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 8 hours.
