Soggy Crepes?

My crepes get soggy after I make them! How do I keep them fresh until I'm ready to serve them? Please help!

Waxed Paper or Foil NEW

Edward, great question. After you make each crepe, be sure to add a layer of waxed paper (or parchment or foil) between each one to keep them from sticking together and getting soggy. If you want to keep them warm, simply cover the stack with a dish towel until you're ready to use. Voila!
