Waxed Paper or Foil
by: Ashley

Edward, great question. After you make each crepe, be sure to add a layer of waxed paper (or parchment or foil) between each one to keep them from sticking together and getting soggy. If you want to keep them warm, simply cover the stack with a dish towel until you're ready to use. Voila!
