Veg Crepes

Just looking at your veg selection here. There are food combinations I have never tried and to turn them into a crepe is amazing. You seem to have covered a great spectrum from the light to the tangy to the full on savoury flavours.

My fist choice would be for the Asparagus and Mushroom. Second choice for Eggplant , Zucchini and Mushroom, third for the Cherry Tomatoes then for appetiser I think......
