Chili and broccoli crepe

You've mentioned it before but I do want to say that the cornbread crepe with a filling of tender brown rice, a

spicy vegetarian chili and perfectly steamed broccoli florets is one of my favorites! It just makes a complete meal, literally all rolled into one fabulous crepe dish!

However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that your crepes suzette recipe is simply the most scrumptious dessert recipe I have ever had. Not five minutes after it is gone I am yearning for more!

Thanks so much for turning me onto crepe cooking! I am enjoying it so much...I have always enjoyed cooking but your site and your wonderful recipes have brought a whole new dimension of fun to the mix.

I love cornmeal crepes.

Do you make them just like on this website? I add some scallions.

I also love veggie chili, particularly with white beans.
