Chocolate Banana Crepes

by Kerri Frell
(Aberdeen, Idaho, USA)

For this recipe I just add a bit of cocoa powder to the basic crepe recipe found on this site. They are delicious (and nutritious) when spread with nutella and stuffed with bananas.

Nutella And Fruit -- Yum! NEW
by: Kerri

Kerri, thank you for sharing. You're right -- Nutella and fruit are great kid-pleasers! Especially when spread on a crepe.

In terms of the nutritive value, recently I read that Nutella has been reformulated to use palm oil rather than trans fats which makes it much healthier than other breakfast or snack choices.

Best,
Ashley
