Chocolate Raspberry Crepes
Looking for the perfect chocolate raspberry dessert? This dessert crepe recipe is simple to prepare yet incredibly indulgent.

If you like the taste of raspberry chocolate cremes, you'll savor these little delights.

Have fun with the garnish, as we did!





1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
12 dessert crepes
Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of preserves over each crepe and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Fold into triangles. Lay flat on baking sheet; layer if necessary and cover with foil. Heat for 10 minutes or until chocolate melts.

Arrange three triangles each on four plates. Top with fresh raspberries, grated chocolate and a drizzle of raspberry sauce.

Yield: 4 servings (3 folded quarters each)
