Crepe de fruits de mer

by Kroocrew (http://ediblyasian.info)
(Kaeng Khoi Thailand)

The crepe is filled with seafood in a thick white sauce containing garlic and white wine. The seafood is a mixture of pieces of lobster, prawn, scallops, mussels and perfectly cooked calamari.

The crepe was lightly sprinkled with an aged cheese and grilled to a golden melt times two.

This is a crepe I have enjoyed many times in the past. What good memories!

Recipe? NEW
by: Gale Thomas

This sounds so good... would love to have the recipe. I'm assuming that the wine was reduced to the sauce. I like the idea of adding an aged cheese to this dish.
