Crepes Recipe - Roasted Turkey and Dressing

Seeking quick dinner ideas for your turkey leftovers this holiday? Try this crepes recipe for roasted turkey with dressing and gravy. Finish the dish with a side of cranberry relish and your guests will never know you started with leftovers. No shopping necessary. Simply open your refrigerator!

Roasted Turkey Crepes with DressingIngredients:

  • ½ roasted turkey breast, sliced into strips
  • 4 cups of turkey dressing
  • 2 cups of turkey gravy
  • Cranberry relish
  • 8 basic crepes


Assemble crepes: Lay each crepe on a flat working surface. Add 2-3 strips of turkey breast per crepe. Top with ½ cup dressing, spread evenly across meat. Bring edges of crepe together to seal. Repeat with remaining crepes. Arrange finished crepes in an oiled baking dish. Pour gravy over top and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until warm. Serve with cranberry relish.

Yield: 8 servings (1 crepe each).
