Crepes Recipe - Roasted Turkey and Dressing

Ingredients:
- ½ roasted turkey breast, sliced into strips
- 4 cups of turkey dressing
- 2 cups of turkey gravy
- Cranberry relish
- 8 basic crepes
Assemble crepes: Lay each crepe on a flat working surface. Add 2-3 strips of turkey breast per crepe. Top with ½ cup dressing, spread evenly across meat. Bring edges of crepe together to seal. Repeat with remaining crepes. Arrange finished crepes in an oiled baking dish. Pour gravy over top and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until warm.
