Pimento Cheese Spread Recipe - Pimento Cheese Recipe for Make Ahead Appetizers

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of mild orange cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. of sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar of chopped pimentos, drained
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup of mayonnaise
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Store in the refrigerator.

Yield: About 3 cups of pimento cheese spread

Pimento Cheese Crostini

Serve immediately!

Pimento Cheese Crepes

Fold in half and then in again into quarters. Repeat with remaining crepes and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
