Recipe with Banana - Healthy Banana Recipes for Crepes

Ingredients for Banana-Pecan Crepe Batter:
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- ¼ cup of toasted pecan pieces
- Basic crepe recipe
- Spreadable low-fat cream cheese, optional
- Extra pecan pieces, optional for garnish
After mixing up basic crepe batter, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Afterwards, add banana and nuts to batter. Purée in blender to combine. Make crepes according to directions in How to Make Crepes. You may serve crepes fresh off the pan with a drizzle of our vanilla maple syrup or spread low-fat cream cheese across crepes. If desired, garnish with extra pecans.
