Valentine's Day Celebration

I'm planning a special celebration for my girlfriend. This upcoming Valentine's day will mark our one year anniversary. I really want to make this a special night and when I found your website, I knew crepes would be the way to go. I got hungry just looking at your site, but I'm not a cook so I need something fairly easy. What recipes do you recommend?

 Valentine's Day Dinner for Two NEW

Hunter, I don't know about your girlfriend's food preferences, but offhand, I might recommend our Chicken Marsala Crepes.

That recipe is very easy and extremely delicious. If it's just the two of you, you can halve the recipe and still end up with generous portions. For an extra touch, make your filling ahead of time, and surprise her by making the crepes while she watches. (Practice beforehand so that you'll be sure to impress her!) Reheat your filling and then assemble the crepes.

Add a salad and you've got a complete meal for two. For dessert, I'd recommend something very simple, like vanilla ice cream with our easy chocolate sauce or
raspberry sauce.
